I spend my time outside of lab on graphic design, music, and making new cooking recipes. I also love a good bike ride around the city.

In college, I developed a deep interest in creating safe environments for deeper conversations and the importance of mental health as an element of peer support and mentorship. BioREFS turned out to be a perfect opportunity for me to become better at these skills and meaningfully contribute to the community outside of my research time!
